BEST realtor out there. :) Tej is a very patient and understanding person. (We looked at over 100 houses since February - less than six months) This was my first time buying a house, and he took his time to make sure that I was happy and more than satisfied in the end. Friendly & Approachable!

From the moment I met Tej, he was friendly and approachable, and very easy to communicate with. I told him that my (then girlfriend) and I were starting to consider purchasing our first home. He met with us and simply gathered some information, he placed us on his email list with market trends and homes in our projected price range and areas we were looking. What I like most about Tej is how easy he is to talk to and how easy he is to get a hold of when you need him. Tej never had us look at homes outside of our price range or outside of the areas we wanted to live in. He never pressured us to make any decisions we weren’t comfortable with and he never suggested we make any offers before we had 100% decided we wanted to live there. He gave us excellent information on other pricing in the area on comparable homes and condo units, and he let us know when he felt we could offer a better price than list price. When we finally did come to a decision, he let us know what the next steps were and how long we could expect follow up. Tej has always gone above and beyond for us, and we will certainly provide his name to anyone we know looking for homes in the Calgary area.
